
The training course "European Experience of Legal Regulation in Public Administration" is designed to provide participants with comprehensive knowledge of the legal foundations, principles, and mechanisms that govern public administration in European Union member states. The program focuses on comparative analysis, highlighting best practices, regulatory standards, and institutional models that have contributed to transparent, efficient, and citizen-oriented governance in Europe. Special attention is given to how these approaches can inform administrative reforms and policy-making in other national contexts.
